New Minds and Volvo Group Connected Solutions have worked together for several years, resulting in successful New Minds Academy programs and helping young engineers landing a promising first job after graduation.

Aros Electronics
Aros Electronics provides solutions for motors and frequency converters. They develop and produce fully integrated electronic solutions for unique industrial and vehicle applications.
Their experienced design team consists not only of highly competent technical experts in engine design, engine management, power electronics, embedded systems and mechatronics, but also skilled application engineers. The team in Aros in-house lab works throughout the cycle from idea to finished product.
Aros way of being involved in the entire development chain from the concept stage to after the start of production gives complete control over the entire design and production. This provides the basic conditions for developing the most optimal solutions adapted to their customer’s needs.

With the vision of being able to contribute to a better world with the help of technology that simplifies people’s lives, HiQ is one of Sweden’s leading consulting companies within IT and technology. Their vision is something that we want to follow, and it has today led us through many exciting academies together with HiQ throughout the years.
