SAP Academy
Develop the next generation of SAP experts and retain the expertise in-house.

The SAP Transformation Academy is designed to close that gap.
How it works: We recruit highly qualified graduates, place them in your SAP environment, and guide them through a structured 12-month program. They learn by doing — in your systems, in your projects, alongside your team. At the end of the program, you decide whether to hire them permanently.
The result: a junior SAP expert who understands your landscape, your processes, and your organization from day one on the job.
The program, which is developed in collaboration with Implema, It is run by New Minds together with Implema — the Nordics’ leading SAP partner. Implema contributes technical depth, certification pathways, and access to real transformation projects. New Minds identifies the right talent and runs the academy model.
Participant-based with a strong focus on networking: Participants learn alongside peers from other companies, building both expertise and a professional network that lasts.
The program runs continuously throughout 2026. The number of spots per cohort is limited.
