The result:<\/strong> a junior SAP expert who understands your landscape, your processes, and your organization from day one on the job.<\/span><\/p>

The program, which is developed in collaboration with Implema,<\/span><\/strong> It is run by New Minds together with Implema \u2014 the Nordics\u2019 leading SAP partner. Implema contributes technical depth, certification pathways, and access to real transformation projects. New Minds identifies the right talent and runs the academy model.<\/span><\/p>

Participant-based with a strong focus on networking:<\/strong> Participants learn alongside peers from other companies, building both expertise and a professional network that lasts.<\/span><\/p>

Johan has held senior procurement leadership positions at some of the Nordics\u2019 leading industrial companies, with experience across construction, consumer goods, automotive, defense, and manufacturing<\/span><\/p>
