New Minds was founded in order to offer talented engineers a more personal recruitment experience when finding the next employer. We spend a great majority of our time on making sure our deliverance is of the best quality for everyone involved. Communication, expectations and quality are important components in what we do and promise. \u2026there were three entrepreneurs with a strong common desire of making a difference. Fredrik, Nils and Fredrik had an idea of a new, unique recruitment company where personal qualities, interests and corporate culture would lift the recruitment process to a higher level. With backgrounds in both the consulting industry and the academic world, a big network of partners rapidly formed. F\u00f6dd och uppvuxen i Bukarest, Rum\u00e4nien, har jag sedan 1990 haft Sverige som mitt hem.\u00a0<\/span>I mer \u00e4n 25 \u00e5r har jag fokuserat p\u00e5 Ledarskap, F\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning, Strategi och Operational Excellence \u2013 en kombination som har gett mig en 360\u00b0 f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r vad som kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r att driva ett framg\u00e5ngsrikt f\u00f6retag.<\/span><\/p>

Genom hela min karri\u00e4r har programvaruutveckling varit den r\u00f6da tr\u00e5den i alla olika brancher och jag har haft m\u00f6jlighet att samarbeta med flera ledande organisationer.\u00a0<\/span>Sedan \u00e5r 2000 har jag haft olika roller inom konsultbranschen, och i mars 2025 tilltr\u00e4dde jag min nuvarande position som Managing Director p\u00e5 New Minds.<\/span><\/p>
